Guideline for Paper Submission
Paper must be submitted by one of the authors of the paper, and should not be submitted by anyone on their behalf. The principal/corresponding author will be required to submit a Copyright Letter along with the paper on behalf of all the co-authors (if any). The author(s) will confirm that the paper (or any part of it) has not been published previously or is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Furthermore, any illustration, structure or table that has been published elsewhere must be reported, and copyright permission for reproduction must be obtained.
It is mandatory that a signed copyright letter also be submitted along with the Camera-ready paper by the author to whom correspondence is to be addressed. The article should not contain any such material or information that may be unlawful, defamatory, fabricated, plagiarized, or which would, if published, in any way whatsoever, violate the terms and conditions as laid down in the copyright agreement.
Maximum 6 pages will be allowed per Paper.
Rs. 1000 / 12 USD extra to be paid per page, if the number of pages is more than 6.
Plagiarism should be less than 5% and AI detected similarity should be less than 5%.
Certificates will be provided to all the authors.
Participation certificate will be given to all delegates.
Registration kit will be provided to the author presenting the paper.
Additional kit includes breakfast, lunch, High Tea and certificates on payment of Rs. 1500.
Outstation Participants will have to arrange their own accommodation (They may refer the list given below in the quick links section).
International participants will have to follow the standard guidelines regarding immunization set by WHO.
It is mandatory to all the participants to provide valid affiliation proof/ID issued by the respective organization (OR) the Letter endorsed by the Head of Institute/Research Centre.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in Bentham Science Conference Proceedings Indexing in SCOPUS & Web of Sciences.
